The results of the excellent dissertation selection of the 3rd National PhD Students Academic Forum (on Military Sciences) were unveiled and 108 pieces are selected as excellent ones. 　　The theme of the forum 2006 is " The Scientific Outlook on Development and National Defense and Army Building in the New Century and the New Period". The Organizing Committee of the forum received a total of 825 dissertations submitted by 40 institutions responsible for PhD student training, among which, 215 pieces were picked up to participate in the academic exchange in the forum.
