Yesterday, the reporters learnt from the headquarters of the General
Logistics Department of the PLA that the first annual examination of
military training of the joint logistics troops of the entire army had
come to an end. During the 3-day span from November 22 to 24, seven joint
logistics sub-departments simultaneously went through the comprehensive
examination monitored by the joint examination teams, with the results
showing that all the joint logistics sub-departments have lived up to the
requirements of earnestly implementing the essence of the military
training conference of the army and giving the priority to the military
training. As a result, the military training of the leading organs has
been intensified, the training on fundamental skills has turned out to be
down-to-earth and effective, and the reform of training and innovative
training has produced remarkable success.
According to the briefing, the comprehensive examination covered four
parts--to wit, checking on the implementation of the annual training
tasks, the examination of basic theoretical knowledge, the establishment
of primary command posts in sub-departments and the campaign operation of
the leading organs. With respect to the examination of basic theoretical
knowledge, the examination paper was decided at the last moment and
unsealed on site, while the establishment of primary command posts and
campaign operation were conducted by basing on the actual duties of every
individual unit.

丛景涛、特约记者丁继东报道：记者今天从总后司令部了解到，全军联勤部队首次年度军事训练考核工作已经结束，7个联勤分部在11月22日至24日3天时间内，同时接受了联合考核组的综合考核，结果表明，各联勤分部都能认真贯彻落实全军军事训练会议精神，确实把军事训练摆在突出位置，首长机关训练得到加强，基础技能训练扎实有效，训练改革创新成效明显。
据介绍，这次综合考核共设年度训练任务落实情况检查、基础理论知识考试、分部基本指挥所开设和首长机关战役作业等4项内容，其中基础理论知识考试采取临时指定考卷、现场启封的方式进行；指挥所开设和战役作业则根据各单位承担的实际任务设定。
