In late autumn, the General Hospital of the Shenyang Military Area
Command (MAC) took its field hospital to an unfamiliar place in the
heartland of Liaoning Province to stage a mobile medical support exercise
under modern conditions.
At 09:00 on that day, a command vehicle with the Red Cross emblem
sped down the road and arrived at the assembly area. Ten minutes later, a
tent hospital with over 100 beds was set up, which can handle over 200
sick or wounded soldiers in 24 hours. According to the sources, the tent
used in the exercise is a new type of medical tent that made its
appearance for the first time in the northern war theater.
At 09:30, three field ambulances approached at full speed, medical
staff swiftly carried the wounded off the ambulances and delivered them
into the tents. The wounded were then triaged. After filling in the triage
tags for each wounded, the wounded were swiftly evacuated to the rear.
Meanwhile, the medical information for each wounded was transmitted to the
observation room, operating room and medicinal room of the "field
hospital" via LANs.
"Oh, a wounded is suddenly thrown into convulsion!" the medical staff
discovered the situation via the medical monitor. The commander in the
command tent directed medical staff to handle the emergency, at the same
time, he used long-distance medical consultation system to transmit the
video medical information on the wounded to the far-away general hospital.
A little more than ten minutes later, the consultation results were sent
back to the field hospital, thus the consultation system has enabled the
field hospital to win the precious time for the treatment of the wounded.

深秋时节，辽中腹地，沈阳军区总医院将野战医疗所拉到生疏地域，展开了一场现代条件下野战医疗机动卫勤实兵演练。
这天9时整，一辆"红十字"指挥车快速抵达集结地域。
10分钟内，一座设有100多张床位、具有昼夜救治200名伤病员能力的"帐篷医疗所"开设完成。据介绍，演练中使用的某型帐篷是我军新型卫生帐篷，首次在北方战区露面。
9时30分，3辆野战救护车疾驰而来，医护人员迅速将伤员转移到帐篷，对伤员进行检伤分类，填写伤标后组织后送，并通过局域网将伤员资料传送到"战地医院"观察室、手术室、药品供应室等处。
"不好，伤员突然全身抽搐！"通过监控器发现这一情况后，指挥帐篷里的指挥员一边指挥医护人员紧急处理，一边启用远程网络会诊系统，将伤员影像资料同步传送到千里之外的总医院。10多分钟后，会诊结果便传回野战医疗所，为救治赢得了宝贵时间。(张宝印 孙键 姜凯)
