The curtain fell on the Wrestling Tournament of the International
Military Sports Council (CISM) on Nov. 2 local time in Baku, the capital
of Azerbaijan. The men wrestling team from the PLA Beijing Military Area
Command, which took part in the tournament on behalf of the PLA, won two
bronze metals.
The PLA contestant Wu Zijian won the third prize in the event of
men's freestyle of the 74kg class by a score of 2:1 after a tough fight
with a Kazakhstan contestant. Separately, Zhang Lizhen, another contestant
from the PLA team, breezed through his fight with a Turkish contestant by
trouncing the latter in two rounds in a row in men's freestyle of the 55kg
class and secured him the third place.
The CISM wrestling tournament includes classical style and freestyle
at seven levels, drawing 300-odd contestants in service from 21 countries.

本报北京11月5日电 张彬华、秦蕾报道：国际军体摔跤锦标赛于当地时间11月2日在阿塞拜疆首都巴库落幕。代表我军参赛的北京军区男子摔跤队夺得两枚铜牌。
我军选手吴子健在争夺男子自由式74公斤级第三名的比赛中，与哈萨克斯坦选手对抗激烈，最终以2∶1的总比分赢得了这枚宝贵的铜牌；在自由式55公斤级比赛中，我军选手张立振一鼓作气，连下两局，战胜了土耳其选手夺得了该项目第三。
此次国际军体摔跤锦标赛设古典式和自由式两项，共有七个级别的比赛，来自21个国家的300多名军人运动员参加了比赛。
